Vegetable-Stealing means that players who have a friend relationship or in a same family can steal vegetables from each other when they are short of some crops. And in general, vegetable-stealing consumes some game energy that refill automatically. Energy is available in the game by burning MST.

Vegetable-Stealing Limit

Players cannot steal crops that they have not yet unlocked.
